pH stabilitas sediaan = 6,0
pKa H2PO4 = 7,12
Persamaan Handerson-Hasselbach:

= 0,076 → [HPO42-] = 0,076 [H2PO4-]

Ka = antilog (-pKa) = antilog (-7,12) = 7,6.10-8
[HPO42-] = antilog (-pH) = antilog (-6) = 1.10-6

[(7,6.10-8) + ( 1.10-6)]2
= 2,3 C (6,55.10-2) → C= 0,66 mol/L
C = [garam] + [asam]
0,66 = [HPO42-] + [H2PO4-]

= 1,076 [H2PO4-]

Dapar yang diperlukan untuk 1 L sediaan :

= 0,061 x 136,10
= 83,02 gram/L

= 0,046 x 158,10
= 7,27 gram/L
